Tranquility Album

The tranquility album is a uniquely designed collection of six tracks.

You will be escorted to places of nature where you will be able to release anxiety and stress with a balloon and some rocks.

You will be able to learn how to compartmentalise your thoughts so that you can live without overwhelming feelings by filing them away neatly. 

You will learn a bubble exercise so that you can shield yourself from that work bully, or the family member you are intimidated by.

You will learn to communicate with your inner self in a positive and re affirming manner. Give yourself a break , sit down and feel the stress melt away......
