My Approach
I am a warm and non judgmental therapist, having had the privallege to work with many people from different backgrounds I aim to make people feel as comfortable as possible early on in our work together. I am an existential therapist which means our dialogue will be based on a philosophical discussion. We will discuss your values and beliefs, what is meaningful to you, and what changes you can make to help yourself get a better quality of life. Often as human beings we make assumptions which can hold us back, i will gently point them out to you as you make assumptions and we can challenge them together.

It often takes courage to make the first move, it can be daunting to call a therapist and say that you need some help. As human beings we all struggle from time to time. I am here whenever you feel ready.
